Mindfulness: Present Moment Awareness

Living happily in the present moment simply requires one to be gratefully aware that one already has sufficient reason to be happy. In this present moment at least (if not finally) one has no desire for more of anything, the hunger of old has been extinguished. The peaceful waters of a stream or lake can provide an ideal setting to practice mindfulness.
